Dare to visualize a world in which your most treasured dreams have become true..
Every great work, every big accomplishment, has been brought into manifestation through holding to the vision, and often just before the big achievement, comes apparent failure and discouragement.
Nothing needs to be fixed. Everything is unfolding perfectly. So when you stand in your now accepting that all is well, then from that vibration, you become surrounded by more and more evidence that all is well.
But when you’re convinced that things are broken, you get caught up in that vibration, and you begin to manifest that kind of stuff, and then you say, “See, I told you that things were going wrong.”
What are ‘visualizations’?
Visualizations are all about using your imagination to create a more positive existence. If you can train your mind to visualize, you are half-way there in being able to create a more positive existence in conjunction with being a Herpes sufferer. I’m sure you are finding this hard to believe and the negative thoughts you have attached to your Herpes are coming back to haunt you. You’re wondering how you’re going to create a positive visualization when you feel so down. Training your mind is what will get you through the other side where you’ll see a light that represents your success and positive new you, enabling that dark Herpes cloud to eventually dissipate.
Visualizations and Stress
In the case of your Herpes you should think of stress as your enemy, hopefully a temporary one, but an enemy none-the-less. In general, being able to visualize positive scenarios can help relieve and reduce the stress you are feeling. Stress plays a key role in a lot of health issues, including HSV, and visualizations can help prevent stress building up.
Stress is evil and will tag along wherever it can, making you feel increasingly worse. So it’s vital to try and eliminate it altogether, or at least as much as you can. You might be living with an incredibly stressful job, or a lot of hyperactive children, or even both, and complete eradication of stress can be nigh on impossible. However, the good news is that you can always reduce it.
The less stress you feel in general, the less likely you are to display Herpes. If you visualize a calm and stress-free environment will help increase immune system activity and hence reduce your stress levels.
The Science behind your Stress
The science behind it is quite simple really. Stress is caused by a number of different factors, we know, but the objective is to control these stress responses that your body is in control of. You are therefore, up to a point, the mechanism powering this control, meaning you will have some say in altering your body’s physical response to the stress caused by an attack of Herpes. If you do have an attack of Herpes, stress can make it a hundred times worse or delay its healing time.
Stress affects the immune system and when you have a Herpes attack, it means that your defenses are low. If you are able to reduce the stress you feel you will be able to play a part in keeping your immune system strong. The link between the immune system and nerves, which is where the Herpes virus is contained, is a very co-dependent one. Hence if you are able to control your immune system it will have a direct effect on whether you display Herpes or not.
Creating a stress-free environment
Visualizations are all about creating an environment, mentally and physically, in which you can focus on nothing but yourself and a positive image. If your physical space is free from clutter, it might help make more space in your mind too.
Step 1
Choose a place where you feel comfortable and make sure there is nothing there to distract you, no mobile phones or technology of any kind. The fewer people that have access to this room, the better. If you need to, tell someone you need a few moment of privacy, making it plain to them that they shouldn’t disturb you.
Step 2
Make sure the space you are surrounded by is free from clutter. Physical clutter can distract a person mentally and hence can affect the outcome of your forthcoming visualization.
Step 3
Take some deep breaths and get in tune with your body for a moment. Close your eyes and start to visualize a perfect scene where you have no Herpes.
The part 2 of this article will show you how to commence those visualizations that may be perceived as challenging. It will also serve to give you some tips on how to make them work for you and how they can provide a range of other benefits to you.
