When we are confronted with any change in our life there can often be an intense resistance to accept these manifestations of life as they are.

Trust and Gratitude for all of our experiences, especially our challenging ones, is how we will attain the free-flowing peace and joy that we all so deeply want to feel.

You CAN be happy right NOW without having to fix anything about yourself. How to find happiness with herpes? All that is required is to simply shift your thinking to orientate towards this moment, where everything IS truly perfect.

It is All Relative… Seeing Other Points of View

Have you ever had the experience of witnessing in another person, a clearly unrealistic and deluded outlook or opinion that they are expressing?

Gaining perspective on herpes

Is it not so apparent that this person is working from a perspective that is limiting and blinding? They have blocked their ability to see that there are a range of aspects to the matter that they have not considered.

We all know from experience that when an occurrence has multiple people involved, there is never one definite truth that is shared by all of them.

In other words, every person involved in any happening will interpret and react to the events completely differently, coming out of it with their own individual understanding of what has taken place.

While subjectively focusing-in on any of the details or symptoms to a situation, there is at the same time a whole vast array of factors and phenomenon taking place in any given moment or event.

If one was to open up to the contemplation of these other aspects there would instantly be a different understanding of the whole. This changes everything, and it is with this that true freedom is found.

If you get the inside right, the outside will fall into place. As soon as you honour the present moment, unhappiness and struggle dissolve, and life begins to flow with joy and ease.
~ Eckhart Tolle

Why is This Happening to Me?

We can often wonder why disharmony or adversity is in our life, without being aware that it is us that have manifested it by navigating through life from a distorted vantage point. Living like this can only lead to confusion within ourselves.

Usually in the moment of reacting, we cannot perceive our habitual fear-based programming and it is then with hindsight that we can see the mistakes.

From Herpes Amazing Developments Can Grow

When we do see this, we can often punish and judge ourselves for being this way, leading to an inability to trust our own guidance and choices. When we accurately see ourselves and the way we work, the constant cycle of having convictions and opinions lead to a lack of trust within will be over…

We can never have all-knowing while being in a human body. It is not possible nor is it necessary to know everything. When we genuinely resign to this truth and grasp that our perception is flawed at best, we are released from the heavy burden of needing to figure everything out.

Ninety-five percent of the beliefs we have stored in our minds are nothing but lies, and we suffer because we believe all these lies. The dream you are living is your creation. It is your perception of reality that you can change at any time. You have the power to create hell, and you have the power to create heaven.

How to find happiness with herpes..

Consider this.. In our body at any given moment we are absolutely teeming and populated with billions of bacteria.

It is said that on average 1.0 to 2.26 kilograms of live bacteria are inside our bodies. These bacteria, good and bad, produce odors, gases, oozing substances, degeneration and all sorts of manifestations within us. We all share this and although their presence is not always seen by the naked eye, these bacteria are constantly occupying us.

HSV is one of Trillions of Pathogens

If we saw the biological reality of our body up close we would witness ourselves as being a self-regulated system with a vast array of microscopic living energetic cells and organisms which are involved in eternal, intelligent cycles of creation and destruction, cleansing and putrefying, growing and degrading, invasions and defenses. All of these ongoing activities are creating and maintaining the self-evident matter that we refer to as our body.

Why then should having the herpes virus have any stigma or shame to it when every one of us is literally one big walking host of bacteria, viruses, fungi and all sorts of life forms?

Yes this virus is visually apparent but in a fundamental sense, is it really that different to any of the abundant viruses we host and are constantly occupied by on a daily basis?

When we expand our thinking and beliefs, our love flows freely. When we contract, we shut ourselves off.

We are Forever Fighting Off and Harboring Viruses

The fact that herpes stays in the system is purely an observable reminder of this truth. We are all getting viruses and need to wake to the understanding that on a physical level we are all essential the same one way or another.

When we shake another persons hand, share a telephone, kiss, live in a household with others, we are at all times coming into contact with the potential for infection or spreading of millions of viral and bacterial organisms.

It is remarkable that in every day we have constant exchanges of bodily substances and process with people, becoming exposed to a diversity of contaminants, yet fail to see a virus like herpes as anything different.

Sure preventing exposure to this virus will relieve another person from unnecessary inconveniences, but all viruses have this characteristic.

It may be this highly feared aspect of avoiding infection that is the main source of our stigma. This is understandable in the sense that we are not looking to take on the accompanying symptoms that come with the virus but it is a grand overreaction when it comes to how we see others and ourselves who have herpes.

The Odds are in Our Favor

When put into proportion it would shock you how many of us have the herpes virus, both actively showing symptoms and not, as is the case with carriers who rarely have any indication of infection.

It is said in the USA alone about 1 in 5 people have genital herpes and 8 in 10 have cold sore herpes, with 85% of the individuals in these groups not knowing they have it at all! This means that literally more people have the HSV1 virus than those that don’t!

Why then is something so prevalent and kindred to so many causing such emotional suffering and separation between our human family? It all comes down to the perspective of our belief systems and a lack of understanding towards the reality of life…

Having herpes can appear as an adversity initially, but like any hardship that we can experience in our lives, it is conquered in the mind not in the physical body.

No matter where we live on the planet or how difficult our situation seems to be, we have the ability to overcome and transcend our circumstances. You are not a helpless victim of your own thoughts, but rather a master of your own mind.
~ Louise L. Hay

Shift Internally and Surrender Control

On the underlining level every action and effort we do in life is an attempt to bring us closer to this peace. The reason for this is because peace and unconditional love are actually our natural state.

Any orientation away from this state creates discomfort emotionally and physically, which is the inherent mechanism we have of messaging our self that we have gone off alignment and need to come back to the balance we are meant to be existing in.

When our source of how we feel about ourselves, therefore our happiness, is derived and effected by other people and how they see us, we will never find that stability or the freedom we yearn for.

Be Yourself and Don't Fall Victim to People's Opinions

When our self-image is molded by anything outside of our self we will never fully feel whole or safe. Living this way creates an existence of endless ups and downs, without ever truly feeling at ease or content.

Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won’t be the victim of needless suffering anymore.
~ Don Miguel Ruiz, The Four Agreements

Why Let Other People’s Opinions Shape Who You Want to Be?

The beliefs we have adopted cause us to constantly seek outside of our self for reinforcement and for a sense of our own worth. This means that our very essence and ability to live life to the fullest can be dictated in any given moment by other people.

When our existence is proof enough of our worth it is absolute insanity that we spend most of our energy in never-ending attempts to be accepted by others.

These “others” are in the same predicament, where each individual is living their life restricted, contained and in irrational suffering due to the deep fear of being rejected or not being good enough.

The truth is, we have already rejected our self because we have come to believe we are or are not something. This is why we constantly need to be reassured by others.

The so-called other people are not concerned with you, rather they are looking through their perception with the same mentality of fear and delusion.

True freedom has to do with the human spirit. It is the freedom to be who we really are. We are not free because the Judge, the Victim, and the belief system don’t allow us to be who we really are. You achieve the Mastery of transformation by changing the fear-based beliefs that make you suffer, and reprogramming your own mind, in your own way.

Herpes Does Not Hinder Who You Are

When we take back our power of worth through becoming our own wellspring of validation, we not only free our selves, but we are also breaking the unhealthy cycles shared between each other.

When you stand in your truth, with love as your motive, a distinct energy is emanated from you. This energy is perceived on a deep level by all those around you without you having to speak or do anything, but by simply being.

The energy cradles the integrity of the moment and allows others to feel a space of non-judgement and freedom within themselves.

A tragedy can turn out to be our greatest good if we approach it in ways from which we can grow.
~ Louise L. Hay

All those who come into contact with this higher energy space have the opportunity to attune to it.

Through your facilitation of holding this space around another person it is raising them to the same heights of self-liberation. This is true love; completely free of dependencies and the pure allowance of the other to be what they are; which is undefinable and always evolving.

To begin to change our programming there needs to be a commitment to having awareness of our actions and witnessing the intentions behind them. This will require us to take responsibility for our actions without judging or blaming our self.

As soon as we attack ourselves with criticism or condemnation we have gone into another habitual belief where we see ourselves as wrong, bad, or needing to be different. Holding to this belief does not serve us in any way, in fact it deepens the pain that the guilt originally stemmed from and keeps us held in a cycle of suffering.

The Journey Beyond Herpes

Arriving at this space of awareness is not merely an exercise of the mind, for it is possible to intellectualize a theory and grasp it logically, but this does not mean you are embodying or tangibly living these truths. It is a far more complex and powerful phenomena.

When you set your energy in the direction of truth and love in the present moment, a concentration of your internal life force brings you into a space where the mind and its autonomic programming is transcended.

Here you are in a self-supported energy where your priorities are instantly made clear within the larger picture. From here we have the stillness and capacity to see things as they truly are, especially our self and the workings of our mind.

The first step toward personal freedom is awareness. We need to be aware that we are not free in order to be free. We need to be aware of what the problem is in order to solve the problem.
~
Don Miguel Ruiz, The Four Agreements

At first it can be uncomfortable to see that we have for so long been imprisoned and misled by our own thoughts. But this introspection shows us that we are not our thoughts, nor are we anything we have ever believed we were. In fact we are far more than can be conceived by the logical mind.

This expands our being and reveals the intrinsic, divine and captivating qualities to life that have always been there. This path will lead us to the transformation of the suffering we have endured into the most blissful freedom within that we have ever known.

So whether it is the herpes virus, a loved one’s death, a severed limb, separation from a lover, or whatever form life takes, it is all possible to overcome.

Not only can you move through it and get on with your life but having an adversity such as these may be the very thing that catapults you into the ultimate truth of yourself and through this becomes one of the greatest blessings that has ever happened in your life.

Here everything you have ever wanted is yours. And really all we have ever wanted is to be fully our self.

Whether we mistakenly think this will come through something external such as material possessions, pleasure of the senses or a partner, it always comes back to this original need for total union within.

~Imagine that you have permission to be happy and to really enjoy your life. Imagine living your life without fear of expressing your dreams. Imagine living your life without the fear of being judged by others. Imagine living your life without judging others. Imagine living your life without the fear of being loved and not being loved back. Imagine your life without being afraid to take risks and to explore life. Imagine that you love yourself just the way you are.
